Creating your account

Click "Sign In" in the top right
Tap Sign In in the header, then switch to "Create Account".

Enter your name, email and password
Optionally enter a friend's referral code to give them bonus points when you place your first order.

Check your email for a confirmation link
Click the link from Adarshini Organic Farm to activate your account. You'll receive a welcome email once confirmed.

Add your phone number
Go to Profile → Edit Profile to add your phone number — required for delivery.

Product card explained

Each product card shows the farm price alongside the retail store price where available — so you can see exactly how much you save by buying direct from the farm. Look for the 🏪 Retail ₹X · Save Y% badge.

Sorting products

🌾 Freshest First — sorts products by most recently harvested. Great for seeing what just came in.

🌱 Pre-orders — brings upcoming harvest products to the top, sorted by soonest harvest date. Use this to plan ahead.

Out of stock products

If a product is out of stock, tap 🔔 Notify Me. You'll receive a push notification and email as soon as it's back in stock — no need to keep checking!

🌱 Pre-order Products
Reserve seasonal and short shelf-life produce before harvest.

What is a pre-order?

Some products — like microgreens, seasonal greens, and freshly harvested items — are listed as pre-orders before they're available. You can place and pay for your order in advance. When the harvest is confirmed, you're notified and delivery is scheduled.

How to spot a pre-order product

🌱 Products show a blue Pre-order badge on the product card with the expected harvest date. When you tap the product, a blue info box shows the harvest date, a note from the farm owner, and what to expect.

Placing a pre-order

Tap the product → review the harvest date and farm note → tap 🌱 Pre-order — ₹XX (blue button)

Complete checkout and pay — payment is taken upfront to reserve your slot

Your order appears in My Orders with the harvest date shown alongside the order date

When harvest is ready, you get a push notification and bell notification — your order moves to Preparing

What if the harvest doesn't happen?

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled (weather, pest damage, etc.), admin cancels the order. Online payments are automatically refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay. COD pre-orders are simply cancelled. You'll receive a notification with the reason.

Finding pre-order products

Tap the 🌱 Pre-orders sort button on the shop to bring all upcoming harvest products to the top, sorted by soonest harvest date.

Adding items to your cart

Select a size (if available)
Tap the size option (250g, 500g, 1kg etc) before adding to cart.

Tap "+ Add"
A toast notification confirms the item was added. The cart icon shows your item count.

Adjust quantities in cart
Open the cart (🛒) to increase/decrease quantities or remove items.

Checkout process

Delivery option — Self Pickup is selected by default (free). Switch to Home Delivery if you need it — delivery fee is shown based on your distance.

Address — If you saved a Plus Code in Profile, it auto-fills here. You can edit it before placing the order.

Payment — Choose Cash on Delivery or pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).

Processing screen — Once you tap Place Order, a processing overlay appears. For online payments it shows "Verifying payment…" after you return from the payment gateway. Do not close the app until the order confirmation screen appears.

⚠️ Important: For home delivery, you must tap "Check Delivery Fee" before the Place Order button activates. This calculates the exact delivery charge to your address.

Saved delivery address

Go to Profile → Saved Delivery Address and paste your Google Plus Code (e.g. 7HWJ+433 Mysore) or full address once. It auto-fills every time you checkout — no more retyping.

📱 To find your Plus Code: Open Google Maps → long-press your location → tap the Plus Code at the top → Copy → paste in Profile.

Minimum order values

Some products have a minimum order value — for example, ₹90 minimum for eggs. If you haven't met the minimum, the cart will show a warning and prevent checkout until it's satisfied.

Using loyalty points

If loyalty is enabled for your account, you'll see your points balance at checkout with a slider to choose how many points to redeem. You can redeem up to a maximum percentage of your order value (configured by admin). The discount is applied instantly to your total before payment.

🎁 Your cart shows per-item savings and total savings when loyalty points and retail prices are set — so you always know what you're saving.

Payment pending orders

If you paid online but your order shows "Payment Pending", go to My Orders and tap 🔄 Check Payment Status on that order. The app will check with Razorpay directly and confirm your order immediately if payment was captured. Your money is always safe — no duplicate charges are ever made.

🚚 Delivery & Pickup
Two convenient ways to get your fresh produce.

Self Pickup (Recommended)

Pickup is the default option at checkout — it's free with no delivery charge. Collect your produce directly from Adarshini Farm near Gommatgiri. You're already saving 20–40% vs retail prices — pickup means you save the delivery fee too.

Home Delivery

Select "Home Delivery" in checkout
Available for addresses within the delivery zone.

Enter your full address
Be specific — include house number, street, landmark, and area. You can also use a Google Plus Code (e.g. 7JQR+XP Mysore) for precise location.

Tap "Check Delivery Fee"
The app calculates the exact fee based on distance from the farm. This step is required before placing the order.

Complete payment
The delivery fee is added to your total automatically.

📍 For best accuracy, use your Google Maps Plus Code as your address. Open Google Maps → long press your location → tap the coordinates shown at the top to copy the Plus Code.
⚠️ We currently deliver within 30 km from the farm. If your address is beyond 30 km, you'll see a message during the fee check — please select Farm Pickup instead.

Delivery verification code

When your order is out for delivery, the delivery partner will send you a 4-digit delivery code via push notification and bell. Share this code with the delivery partner when they arrive — this confirms you received your order.

🔐 Keep the code ready when the delivery partner arrives. They need it to mark your order as delivered.

Farm Pickup

Select "Pickup from Farm" during checkout to collect your order directly from the farm.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment, you'll receive an order confirmation notification in the app and an email with your order details. Your order status will show ✅ Confirmed immediately.

Payment failed?

Check your bank balance or UPI limit
Ensure you have sufficient balance and haven't exceeded your daily UPI limit.

Try a different payment method
If UPI fails, try a card or net banking — or vice versa.

If money was deducted but order not confirmed
Wait 10–15 minutes — most payments auto-reconcile. If still unresolved, contact us via WhatsApp with your transaction ID.

Delivery partner info

Once an order is assigned to a delivery partner, their name and phone number are shown on your order card. Tap 📲 Call next to their number to call them directly from the app — useful if you need to give directions or confirm timing.

Viewing your orders

Tap 📦 My Orders in the header to see all your orders. Each order shows the status, items, total, and a progress tracker. Tap any order to expand it and see full details including the delivery address, delivery partner info, and invoice.

📄 Every order has a downloadable invoice. Open any order → tap "📄 Download Invoice" to get a PDF you can save or share.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-order cancellation: If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, admin cancels it. Online payments are automatically refunded via Razorpay to your original payment method. You'll receive a notification with the reason.

Online order cancellation: If an admin cancels a confirmed online-paid order, the full amount is refunded. Razorpay sends a refund confirmation to your email — refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

COD orders: If cancelled before delivery, no payment has been made so no refund is needed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by the farm or admin if an item is out of stock or delivery isn't possible. You'll receive a notification with the reason. For refunds on online payments, contact us via WhatsApp.

🎁 Loyalty Points & Referrals
Earn rewards every time you order and when you refer friends.

How you earn points

Some products are configured with loyalty points per unit. For example, if a product gives 5 points per kg and you buy 2 kg, you earn 10 points after your order is confirmed. Points are credited once the order is delivered.

Referring friends

Go to Profile → Referral Code to find your unique code. Share it with friends. When they place their first order, you automatically earn bonus points (configured by admin — typically 20 points). There's no expiry on referral codes.

Friends can enter your referral code either during registration or from their Profile page under "Enter a friend's referral code".

Redeeming points

Open your cart and go to checkout
You'll see your current points balance and a slider to choose how many points to redeem.

Adjust the slider
You can redeem up to a maximum percentage of your order value (set by admin). The discount is applied instantly to your total.
💡 Points value and max redemption per order are configured by admin. Contact us if you can't see the loyalty option at checkout — it may need to be enabled for your account.

📢 Announcement from farm

In-app bell notifications

Tap the 🔔 bell icon in the header to view all your notifications. Unread notifications appear with a yellow badge count. They're marked as read automatically when you open the panel.

Push notifications

Push notifications appear on your phone screen even when the app is closed — like SMS but free. To receive them, allow notifications when your browser or the app asks for permission.

Announcements

Occasionally, the farm may send announcements about app updates, seasonal availability, or special offers. These arrive via bell, push and/or email depending on how the admin sends them. Look for the 📢 icon in your bell notifications.

iPhone (Safari) — Step by Step

⚠️ Important: You must use Safari browser on iPhone — not Chrome or any other browser. If someone shared a link via WhatsApp, open it in Safari first.

Open Safari and go to adarshini.co.in
Look for the Safari app — it has a compass icon 🧭. Type adarshini.co.in in the address bar at the top.

Find the Share button at the bottom of Safari
Look at the bottom toolbar of Safari. You'll see a square with an arrow pointing UP ⬆️ — that's the Share button. It's in the middle of the bottom bar. Tap it.

Scroll DOWN in the share sheet to find "Add to Home Screen"
A panel slides up from the bottom. Scroll down in this panel — past AirDrop, Messages, Mail etc. Look for "Add to Home Screen" with a white square icon. Tap it.

Tap "Add" in the top right corner
A screen appears showing "Adarshini". Tap the blue "Add" button in the top right. The Adarshini 🌿 icon will now appear on your iPhone home screen!

Open the app from your home screen
Go to your iPhone home screen and tap the Adarshini icon. The app opens in full screen — no browser bar. Now allow notifications when prompted!
🌿 The installed app loads faster, works offline for browsing, and you'll receive push notifications for every order update.
🚜 Farm Portal
For registered farm owners — manage your products and orders.

Getting access

To register your farm, tap "🚜 Are you a farm owner? Register here" on the home page. Fill in your farm details — the admin will review and approve your registration. You'll receive a notification once approved.

Managing products

Adding a new product
Go to My Products tab → fill in the form → tap Submit. New products require admin approval before appearing in the shop.

Editing a product
Tap Edit on any product. You can update stock quantity, price, description, harvest date and visibility. Customers will be notified via push when you update a product.

Setting harvest date
Always set the harvest date when you add or update a product — customers see "Harvested 2 days ago" which builds trust and drives sales.

Setting retail price
Enter the Retail Price (what the same product costs in stores). Customers will see "🏪 Retail ₹X · Save Y%" on your product — a powerful reason to buy from you directly.

Managing orders

Go to My Orders tab to see all orders for your farm. Update order status as you process each one — customers are notified at every step.

ℹ️ For delivery orders, the Delivered status is set by the delivery partner after OTP verification — it won't appear in your dropdown. For pickup orders, you mark it Delivered yourself.

Pickup order verification

When a customer arrives to collect a pickup order, tap Delivered → tap 📲 Send Code to Customer → the customer gets a 4-digit code → ask them for it → enter it → tap ✓ Verify & Complete. This confirms the customer actually collected their order.

Pre-order products

When adding or editing a product, tick 🌱 Pre-order Product to mark it as a pre-order. Set the expected harvest date and an optional note for customers (e.g. "Freshly harvested, delivered within 24hrs").

Once harvested, tap 🌱 Release on the product card. This notifies all customers who pre-ordered, moves their orders to Preparing, and converts the product back to a regular listing with the harvested date set.

Settlements & Receipts

The Settlements tab shows your revenue, platform fee deduction, and net payable. When admin records a payment, you can tap 📎 View Receipt on the settlement entry to see the payment proof (screenshot or PDF).

Exporting orders

In the My Orders tab, tap 📥 Export CSV to download a spreadsheet of all your orders with earnings breakdown — platform fee, net payable and order details included.

💰 The Settlements tab shows your gross revenue, platform fee, net payable and settlement history. Review this regularly to track what's owed to you.
🛵 Delivery Partner
For delivery partners — pick up orders and deliver to customers.

Getting access

Delivery partner accounts are created by the admin. You'll receive an email with a login link to set your password. Once logged in, you'll be taken directly to the Delivery Dashboard.

💡 If you're also a farm owner, you'll see a 🛵 Deliveries button in your Farm Portal header to switch between portals.

Self-assigning an order

In the Available tab, orders that are Ready at Hub appear. Tap 🚴 Pick Up Order to self-assign — or admin may assign you directly.

Picking up from the hub

Once assigned, the order moves to your My Orders tab. Tap 🏪 Pick Up from Hub to confirm you've collected the produce from Adarshini Farm. The order status changes to Out for Delivery.

Delivering the order

Browse available orders
Go to the Available tab to see all unassigned delivery orders. Tap 📍 Get My Location to see the distance from you to each customer's address.

Sort by distance
Once your location is found, tap 📶 Sort by distance to reorder orders nearest first — green badge means under 3 km, gold is 3–7 km, red is over 7 km.

Pick up the order
Tap 🛵 Pick Up Order to assign the order to yourself. Status changes to Out for Delivery and the customer is notified automatically.

Navigate to customer
Tap 🗺️ Navigate on any order to open Google Maps with the customer's address pre-filled.

Completing a delivery

Tap ✓ Delivered
When you reach the customer, tap ✓ Delivered — this opens the delivery verification screen.

Send code to customer
Tap 📲 Send Code to Customer. The customer receives a 4-digit code via push notification and bell.

Enter the code
Ask the customer for the code and enter it. Tap ✓ Verify & Deliver to complete.
🔐 The delivery code ensures the order was actually handed to the customer. You cannot mark an order as delivered without it.

Could Not Deliver

If delivery fails, tap ✗ Failed. Select a reason or type your own. The order goes back to the queue for reassignment and the customer, farm owner and admin are all notified with your reason.

⚠️ Always record a reason when you can't deliver — this helps the admin reassign quickly and keeps the customer informed.

Earnings & settlements

Admin records your settlements in the Earnings tab. Tap 📎 View Receipt on any settlement entry to see the payment proof. You can also see total earned vs total settled to know your pending amount.

Go to the 💰 Earnings tab to see:

Tap 📥 Export CSV in the History tab to download a full report of your deliveries with dates, customer areas and fees earned.

💡 The admin records settlements with a UTR/reference number when they pay you. Each settlement appears in your Earnings tab with the amount and date.

Quick answers to common questions.
Can I order without creating an account?
You can browse products and add them to cart without signing in, but you need an account to place an order. Creating an account takes less than a minute — enter your name, email and password, then confirm your email via the link we send you. You'll receive a branded welcome email from Adarshini once confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the farm's schedule and your location. Most deliveries happen same-day or next-day. You'll receive a push notification when your order is "Out for Delivery." The farm will contact you if there are any delays.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from the farm. There's a base fee for the first few km and a per-km rate beyond that, capped at a maximum. Use the "Check Delivery Fee" button in the cart to see your exact fee before paying.
I paid but didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Go to My Orders — you'll see a 🔄 Check Payment Status button on the pending order. Tap it and your order will be confirmed instantly if payment was captured. Your money is always safe with Razorpay. If the button says payment is not yet captured, wait a few minutes and try again.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp before your order is "Out for Delivery." Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible. For paid orders that are cancelled, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Why can't I see the Place Order button?
For home delivery orders, the Place Order button is disabled until you tap "Check Delivery Fee." This ensures the delivery charge is included in your total. For pickup orders, this step is not required.
How do I get notified when an out-of-stock product is available?
Tap the "🔔 Notify Me" button on any out-of-stock product. You'll automatically receive a push notification and email as soon as the farm restocks the product. You can remove yourself from the waitlist anytime by tapping "🔔 Notifying" to toggle it off.
Why am I being redirected to the Farm Portal when I visit the shop?
If your account is registered as a farm owner, you're automatically redirected to the farm portal. To view the shop as a customer, tap "🛒 View Shop" in the farm portal header.
How do I use a referral code?
You can enter a friend's referral code either during registration (in the Referral Code field) or after logging in via Profile → Referrals → Enter a friend's code. When you place your first order, your friend automatically earns bonus loyalty points. Your own referral code is shown in Profile — share it to earn points when friends order.
My push notifications stopped working. How do I fix this?
Try logging out and logging back in — this re-registers your device for push notifications. Also check that your browser/app has notification permission turned on in your phone settings. On iPhone, push notifications only work when the app is installed via Safari's "Add to Home Screen."
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points on products that have loyalty points configured. After your order is confirmed, points are credited to your account. At checkout, use the slider to choose how many points to redeem — you can redeem up to a maximum percentage of your order value. The points-to-rupee rate and max redemption limit are set by the admin. You can also earn bonus points by referring friends via your unique referral code in your Profile.
The page loads slowly or doesn't show products when I open the app.
If you haven't used the app for a while, it may take a moment to refresh. Pull down on the page to refresh, or navigate to another page and back. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the app. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
