Adarshini Organic Farm is a direct farm-to-consumer platform connecting customers with local organic farms in Mysore, Karnataka.

By using this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

·

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or upon placement (Cash on Delivery).

·

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your location.

·

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable after payment. A full refund will be initiated immediately.

·

For pre-order products, payment is taken upfront to reserve your slot. If the harvest cannot be fulfilled, a full refund is initiated.

·

Self-pickup orders must be collected from the Adarshini Hub at #2387, 2nd Phase, 4th Stage, Vijaynagar, Mysore – 570017 during the designated time slot.

·

Home delivery is subject to availability in your area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

·

Delivery is handled by our partner delivery agents. You will receive an OTP-verified delivery confirmation.

·

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.

·

Orders cancelled by admin (due to stock unavailability or harvest failure) will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

·

Customers cannot self-cancel orders after placement. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel — we will try to accommodate before preparation begins.

·

COD orders that are cancelled incur no charge. Any loyalty points redeemed will be refunded, and points earned from the order will be reversed.

·

Refunds for online payments are processed via Razorpay and reflect within 5–7 business days. Any redeemed loyalty points are also refunded on cancellation.

·

All produce is sourced from local farms and is subject to natural variation in size, weight, and appearance.

·

We do not guarantee specific harvest dates for seasonal produce. Pre-order harvest dates are estimates.

·

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.

·

Loyalty points are earned on eligible purchases and can be redeemed for discounts at checkout.

·

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Points redeemed on a cancelled order are automatically refunded. Points earned from a cancelled order are reversed.

·

Referral rewards are credited when the referred user places their first order using your referral code.

·

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with notice.

·

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

·

You must provide accurate information during registration.

·

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform, including fraudulent payment attempts or referral abuse.

·

All content on this platform — including the app design, product photos, and text — is owned by Adarshini Organic Farm.

·

You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

·

Adarshini Organic Farm is not liable for losses arising from delayed delivery, natural produce variation, or force majeure events.

·

Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

·

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
